32 Captains of the Qatar World Cup

The 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup will be held on November 21 this year in Qatar. FIFA has already finalized the 32 participating teams and made the fixtures accordingly. This is the last time only 32 national teams participate in the FIFA World Cup. From the next session, the total number of participating national teams will increase to 48.

The Qatar World Cup 2022 will kick off on November 21 this year at 1 pm local time with the match between Senegal and the Netherlands. The final match of the Qatar World Cup will be played on December 18 at 6 pm local time at the Lusail Stadium in Qatar. On the same day, the flare of the 2026 World Cup will be handed over to the host countries. The United States, Canada, and Mexico together become co-hosts of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
